Not consistently do to my eczema. I was using the gel but too strong of smell. Even though this is not FF I can use it. I use this product about every two weeks. I personally dont have to use it often. I put it on my hair in in the shower and brush it through my hair. I leave it on for 5-10 mins and then rinse it out. I use the FF conditioner after, then wash that out too. It helps moisturizer my hair, detangle it and make it feel less dry.
