For the money you can't beat it.
I've had this for a week now, and I'm going to try to do my best to give a thorough review.Pros:- It came in great, impeccable condition, really, with the right charger and everything.- Awesome battery life- Comfortable keyboard- Easy to navigate (I used to have a decent windows HP but it got destroyed due to a water accident, so I wanted something cheap that works, primarily for creative writing. I have limited experience with Chromebooks, but this has been super easy to learn)- Even though this Chrombook comes on it's last update (see Cons), there are still plenty of helpful add-ons to be downloaded from the Play Store. For example, the voice recorder I downloaded (and internal mic of the chromebook) produces better sound quality than my moderately expensive HP- I like the sleek, all black design- It doesn't run hot or loudCons:- Wifi detection can be pretty weak, so make sure you have access to a strong wifi connection- Headphone jack seems to be a little worn out, so sometimes depending on how I move the chord, the sound quality in my headphones changes (this is probably a problem that is exclusive to my chromebook)- It is a tad slower overall than middle to high end laptops, but not unbearable- Since Chrome is on it's last update, you can't download crucial extensions like Adblock.Overall, for 62 dollars or something after taxes, this is an amazing laptop. Frankly, I love it, and all the cons are not deal breakers at all. I guess it also comes down to the quality of the individual Chromebook that is shipped to you, as I suspect some are in better condition than others, but if Amazon's inspection process has improved, then I would think that the odds of getting a dud are less and less.Bottom line: If you want a laptop that's good and cheap, this is perfect for browsing, watching videos, writing. It's a tad slower than your higher end laptops, but oh well. It's fantastic, really.

Beware!!
These are old chromebooks. This Dell functions well but not for long. The message (AUE) Automatic updates have expired. This means no more security or OS UPATES!! Google recomends not using for sensitive content. Normal browsing will work for awhile but will eventually stop. Google rates it (EOL) end of life. Nice little laptop but essentially useless.

Economical, good Chromebook
For the price, and the operation of the Chromebook which is easy, I was very impressed. I found I could not add apps that had been updated and would not run on the Chromebook, which had been my first reason to buy a Chromebook. The Chromebook was refurbished and listed as Excellent. I did not care for the outer application on the outside. The Chromebook looked very good and fired right up. Nice job to the refurbisher.

Both Chromebook had issues.
We bought this Chromebook, just to run an app for a Smartboard for my wife's classroom. The unit was nice and clean, ran the Smartboard fine, and we were happy with the price. After about 2 weeks, one of the shift keys stopped working. We asked for an exchange, and got a 2nd unit. This one had issues right out of the box. The scroll pad, just does not respond correctly. Also, the Smartboard won't fully function with this unit.We were going to get a 3rd unit, but you can't, until the others are returned. But my wife is at least getting by with the original, until we get a fully working replacement. We decided to try a refurbished HP Chromebook, and are going to return the two Dells for a refund.

Do not buy, I’m already returning it!
I wish I could give this 0 stars because that’s what it deserves. This is in no way refurbished. If so it wouldn’t have broken missing or dirty parts. It was erased at best. But definitely not refurbished, I’ve purchased my fair share of refurbished tech and this is a disgrace. The side bumpers were missing. There were chips in the finish (which are normally nothing I’d be concerned about but I might as well mention it with all the other problems this thing had.) The screen and keyboard were filthy (definitely a sign it was never refurbished) the back hinge was busted and hanging on by a thread. And to top it off the computers AUE was in 2022! Because it was so outdated it ran so slow and laggy. I had it for less than a day before I submitted a return request and ordered a different one from another seller. After my experience with this computer I wouldn’t trust this seller with anything they’re offering.
