Xtra-Seal - Bead Sealer Flammable 32Oz (TI250)

Had leaky rims on a few low-pressure ATV tires. Break the bead, slime the seat with sealer, and air back up. No more leaks. Mine came with a brush in the cap.

Great product, this stuff works, I had a new tire and old rusty pitted rim on a trailer. After applying this bead sealer the tire is now holding the air and is perfect now...

Works good. Although you must clean the rim of all rust! This WILL NOT seal all beads depending on how much rust they have on them in the bead area. I was lazy and used sealer over a rusty area on a rim. Once the tire was inflated, I had a slow bead leak in the rusty area. Removed tire, using drill I wire brushed the rusty area, applied this sealer and this time, no leaks. BE WARNED: This stuff gets everywhere if you're not careful. It is thick and sticky! Once it dries, I have not found anything that removes it. I have some that dried on the outside of a rim and nothing removes it. Not Brake Clean etc. I do wonder how hard it will be to remove a tire with this sealer on it and if the dried sealer on the tire bead will cause issues the next time the tire is mounted?

Great sealer. I stopped a rim leak without even breaking the bead. Just deflated the tire, pried the tire away from the rim a bit in area of the leak and shoved some sealer into the gap. Still no leak after 1 year. Messy stuff though so don't wear your Sunday clothes.

Worked great

A one time application around the bead on both sides of my mower tire pump it up and problem solved. I would recommend for troublesome tires.

The bead sealer worked like a charm. I had leak on my riding lawn mowers front tire and I had to put air in the tire every time I wanted to use it. I broke both of the beads on the tire and then using a wire brush on both sides of the rim I cleaned the rust and paint off where the tire would bead on it. The bead sealer comes with a brush on the cap which I used to spread the sealer on the tire where it beads. I then aired up the tire till it beaded up properly on both sides. I then made sure the tire pressure was right. NOTE: I never took the tire off the rim, but pushed the tire in while I wire brushed the rim where it beads. Then I put a thin coat of sealer on the both sides of the tire before airing up the tire. So far the tire pressure is staying up. No leaks.

My tyre was lossing pressure slowly, checked the valve all was well until I used this product. All I can say is it's the best

worked great. I had an aluminum rim on my 1998 subaru that would not hold air. Mechanic kept charging me to re-seat it. I did a major prep job on the rim bead, sanded with 200 grit, wiped with a rag, and applied this BEAD SEALER. Hasn't lost any air.

A must when changing low pressure tires (ATV)
