Leaking after closing

The Product is good but the seller must check its working condition before sending the package,there is blockage in both of the tap with hard black sand,after return request i found out and poke with screw driver and it start working.

All the required accessories were provided in the box. Like the bend pipe for shower head, adjustable elbows for mixer, etc. Though the quality bend pipe of shower head was slightly lower, seems to be a non Alton product. Thus I retain my old shower head pipe. Rest all is very premium in quality.

i booked alton wall mixer two numbers one is for heavy and one light this is what they had in stock,i booked and paid for one heavy and one light material but both was recived in light only,the seller has forged and raised bill for heavy and cheged for heavy 1no but send only light material which is 500 INR less from the bill i paid,

This is a very good quality product at a resonable cost. Look is premium and serves well.I found one issue with the product. The bend of the fitting which gets connected to the water supply line is more. Due to that the cover leaves a gap in the tile hole. I have to replace the fitting with another one having less bend to make it alright. Manufacturer should ensure during testing.
