We've been spraying it on our metal cabin walls. Mist the walls with water before spraying, otherwise the foam will not adhere correctly. It will stick, but the powerful gun will cause air to push through on the parts that weren't stuck all the way. We've sprayed the walls when they were hot, in the early evening and cool in the late evening, after the sun has gone down. The dry time was about the same. Do be careful if you have respiratory issues. Definitely wear a mask, otherwise it will cause irritation in your lungs and throat. I have asthma and woke up in the night a few times having to breathe through my mouth because of the irritation from spraying. Cleanup afterwards is not so tedious. If anything is spilled or fell off the gun, just wait for it to dry and kinda chip it away. We also live next to a train, and after spraying the wall closer to the tracks, it didnt wake me up at all! So it definitely blocked out those sounds. The insulation however, is nice. Filling in gaps, for sure. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, small learning curve. *by J***H on January 31, 2025* Took a can or two to really learn how to best use, but one box of 24 was enough to insulate my 200 square foot shed. And so far it seems to be working well. I would recommend using your own eye protection however, the glasses they provide will not help if you are spraying a ceiling.
