when using the paddle, there sounds and feels like there are hollow spots in the paddle, especially if the ball doesn't hit dead center, it makes a strange sound when the ball hits certain spots and the shots are weak. A bit dissappointing

Finally got to take these for a test run on the weekend. Absolutely perfect for a beginner, they will get you outside and having fun in no time. I will say I was super suprised in the difference between these ones and the Garye paddles for 10$ more. I found the Garye’s were a little softer on contact and had more control and comfort compared to these ones. So if I had to recommend one, I’d say get the Garye paddles, but no matter which ones you get you’ll still have fun
