so whats the procedure for it ? You add it to gearbox oil and rev engine ?

You add this to your automatic gearbox and let the gearbox warm up. Then you change into all the gears while car is stationary (foot on the brake pedal) Do this twice and stay in each gear for at least 15 seconds. This will allow for the cleaning fluid to make its way around all of the automatic gearbox. Then flush the remaining fluid out of the gearbox and lastly add new gearbox filter and fresh automatic transmission fluid.
