This deserves a 100 stars! Great for stretching back muscles and much more! Lie on your back and simply place it under your back after a tiring day. It does wonders!

Canโt inflate ball properly
Itโs impossible to inflate this ball properly. Tried a few times and there is no way to pinch the hole shot after blowing air into it and it deflates so much. Itโs one soggy soft ball, waste of money

Easy to use / great quality
I like the product, very easy to inflate / deflate. I travel with it. Durable, lasted me for over a year now. Great for pilates classes.
