I send popup cards all the time -- always a big hit. This is one of the most beautiful I've bought. A nice surprise was the small, folded gift card with the same picture as the larger card, which isn't obvious from the post. The card stock is heavier than most; the card opens beautifully; the colors are vibrant. It almost lies flat when you open it. I think if you bend it back a little bit it will relax the fold enough to lie flat, but I didn't want to play with it too much. I got it for my granddaughter, to go with the Anne of Green Gables (Puffin Bloom) book. You can see how well they complement each other.

This is one of my favorite pop-up cards. Colors are beautiful and card is sturdy. It's exactly as described. I've already bought 2, and will probably buy another.
