Such a better quality of sleep
These are expensive but as I don't feel the need to take them all the time work out not too bad.I find that it is not the amount of sleep that is the biggest effect but the quality. So rested after a night of taking these. They offer me a great 're-set' when I've had a period of poor nights sleep. Those nights when you are so tired but have found it impossible to get sleeping 'back on track'. Know that feeling? These really do the trick. My son has found the same.We tend not to use them when we have a busy day afterwards. This is because we have both found we wake up feeling 'chilled'. It feels a bit of a waste to be that relaxed and have to be extra attentive. So tends to be a weekend supplement or before a day off.You mix a sachet with water and the amount depends on how diluted you like it. It takes a bit of mixing and I don't find the taste unpalatable. A sort of cherry flavour that is not too sweet.I have replaced the packet once already and share the contents with my son. As we have only found the need to use them at most once a week they are lasting a while which spreads out the cost. Otherwise they would feel expensive. For effectiveness - its 5 stars.

Slightly worrying
Cannot be taken if on prescription medication such as antidepressants and drugs for high blood pressure. The dose of vitamin D in It is well above the recommended safe daily dose, which may cause bone SOFTENING. I am a doctor.

Great for restful sleep
This little wonder, the Lucid Nootropic Sleep Powder by Noobru, is tailor-made to usher you into a world of quality, restful sleep. It's essentially a fine cocktail of sleep-inducing ingredients - Magnesium, Ashwagandha, Valerian, Lemon Balm, and the good old Vitamin D - all finely balanced within a powder blend. What I found quite impressive was how effective this stuff actually was. Gave me that bit of help to slip into a deeper and more satisfying kip. It's a piece of cake to use, too. A bit of this here powder stirred into your nightly water, and off to dreamland you go.Mind you, it wasn't all a bed of roses. There were the odd occasions when the effects seemed to be on a bit of a holiday. Plus, the fact that you've got to neck a full glass of water before heading off to the Land of Nod, as recommended, might not sit well with everyone, especially if you're not used to imbibing a beverage pre-slumber.As far as the taste is concerned, it's pleasantly mild - certainly not the sort to put you off. Then again, taste is as personal as your choice of tea, so what one may find agreeable, another might deem a tad off.Regarding the old price point, it'll set you back £34.99 for a stash of 20 packets. Might seem a bit on the dear side to some. But then again, considering the sleep-enhancing goodies it's packing, it's reasonable to view it as a bit of a luxury item that comes with a slightly posher price tag. That being said, those watching the pennies might find it a bit out of reach.

nice taste, relaxed sleep
This is a nice drink to have as part of your going to bed routine. The main thing I noticed was that when normally I would be doing some work before bed (and take this drink a while before bed), I felt more relaxed and less stressed if programs crashed or whatever I was doing was taking longer, normally in those cases I would quickly start feeling quite irritable but when using this drink it was not the case, I felt completely relaxed and 'just chilling', which is probably due to the Ashwagandha in this supplement. The supplement comes in small sachets, the powder has a brownish color but the drink comes out reddish. As suggested on the package you should shake this rather than stir to make sure all the particles fully dissolve. The taste is more artificial feeling if you use the suggested 250ml of water, it tastes like more concentrated berries with a hint of sour cherry, if you don't like that taste you can add more water and it will taste more natural - like infused water. The ingredients have vitamin D3 and Zinc and a variety of herbs that can aid with feeling more relaxed and having better sleep, such as lavender and Ashwagandgha. I would suggest trying this if you have a stressful job or life in general tends to spike your cortisol levels, this might help you feel more relaxed and get better sleep, since good sleep is one of the most important things when it comes to good health.

So many actives!
I'm impressed with this drink because it's combining supplements and teas I drink to help me unwind all together into a single product. I tend to take Ashwagandha to help relax my anxiety and give a sense of overall calm. There's valerian in this drink which I have as a tea before bed and helps me feel more sleepy. You've got lemon balm which also helps with sleep too. Combing all of these makes a powerhouse drink for sleep!I've found it definitely helps me unwind before bed though it's not strong enough to have me yawning and it can take a little time to work too. It works better some days and others not so much and this is the case with most herbal solutions. The flavour wasn't bad and it's easy to just mix up with water and drink. I'm impressed wth this though on my particularly stressy days it doesn't work nearly as well but I'd still like to keep it in my cupboard and drink. I would definitely look to getting more!
