Yes, our swivel towel rack is constructed of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion and rust proof, durable.

Where is this manufactured?

I don’t recall where it was manufactured but I will say, I’m very pleased with the purchase. It’s attractive, sturdy and functional.

Can this be hung with command strips?

Our swivel towel rack come with screws and need to be installed with screws. Not recommended for command strips.

How long are the arms? Can you put a bath sheet on it without folding it in half so it dries evenly?

The arms are about 13.5 inches.long. I have to fold my bath towels in half to hang them.
