This unusual cocoa may be the best cocoa product I've ever tried. It's indeed black and has a rich and complex taste. It's good with just about anything -- I put it in a hazelnut sauce to make choco-hazelnut and it's spectacular. Glad I tried this product.

Love this product for achieving black color in baked goods and icing naturally without dyes. The taste is very bold however.
