2nd time buying this- that should tell you everything! Love it! Definitely super fine, smoothe texture. Good flavor, bakes well, seems to seal well, and I love that it's gluten free!!

This is what you need for making vegan cheeses. I also use it to dredge tofu cubes in and fry. It makes them clump together if they touch, which I like, and then they are a nice, chewy main dish. I store the flour in another container after I open the bag. It is great value for money as this bag lasts me a long time and you really can't substitute something else for it in recipes that call for it.
