These are very energy efficient and take only 4 watts compared to my 40 watt bulb I was using.It is an E12 candelabra base and is a soft white 2700k. This means it will be more of the yellow tint glow normal light bulbs have and not a white, purplish or blue tinted light you commonly find in newer led lights. It also has a dimmable feature which a lot of the new lights lack making this even better.I think the two best features of the light are the life span which is 25,000 hours or 15 years and how it looks. It is a filament design which looks amazing when used in lights that you can see the bulbs directly.This came with a three year warranty which was a bonus and if there was one odd but neat thing about it was the texture. The bulb itself did not feel like glass but almost had a rubber-silicone type of feel. I never had a light bulb feel that way.I would recommend this to all my friends and family.I don’t know about you, but I depend very heavily on reviews that are posted on Amazon. I also read what reviewers on Amazon have to say.
