Easy to use and can see target for temperature with laser marking the spot. Seems accurate and have only used once so cannot comment further.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I needed a thermoter for my new gas oven and deep fries. I am impressed of how conveniant it is to use that kind of thermotre! no need to touch or deep it in boiling oil. Safe to use, quick reading and good value.

I have char griller flatiron and this is perfect for checking and maintaining cooking zone temperature s definitely must have for griddle cooking
