These will grow your nails super long so fast. When I stopped taking them I noticed my nails stopped rapidly growing. I’ve never seen my nails grow as long as extensions. My eyelashes are also fuller. I initially bought them for my loose skin after weight loss and I did see minimal changes in the texture of my skin but nothing spectacular. They do taste amazing though. Good quality and they are effective.

These gummies taste so fresh and lemony even my husband will take them! Have been using about 4 weeks and noticed improvement in my skin. Hopefully my hair will improve in a few more weeks. I like that they have collagen and vitamin C with the Biotin. On my 2nd bottle and will reorder.

I think I like these. They’re easy to take. Just not sure yet if they work.

I’ve used this product for years and I can tell when I run out and stop taking it. I color treat my hair, get regular gel manicures and this does make a noticeable difference in combatting some of the damage, helping hair/nail growth under the those circumstances. Plus, I can take in the morning on an empty stomach with no discomfort.
