I would consider myself a pretty picky person when it comes to my pillows, but this pillow satisfies most of my needs! It's soft enough that my head feels supported, but firm enough that it doesn't feel like I'm sinking through the pillow. It is also the perfect height for me out of the box as a 5' 8" man, but some additional foam comes with the pillows if you need it which is a nice little touch.In terms of the cooling aspect, I feel like it is mostly placebo. If you convince yourself that the pillow is cooling, then you might feel a little colder but overall, the pillow gets warm like all other pillows. There is no magic way to dissipate heat when you are directly coming into contact with an object unless you pay hundreds of dollars for a water cooling system installed into your bed and pillows. Nevertheless, both sides of the pillow are equally comfortable and this is a very good pillow in my opinion as a back sleeper although your mileage may vary depending on many things such as sleeping style, height, chronic problems, etc.

I am a chronic head sweater when I sleep. Always have been. At first I used the extra filling and filled this pillow up way too full. I use a CPAP and am a side sleeper so my neck has to be flat and not bent from my head being up too high. I finally got the right amount of foam in this and I love it. It's a HEAVY pillow wow. It seems to draw away or dissipate the heat from my head and neck..unlike polyester fiberfill which just holds heat and keeps it building up so you need to flip your pillow over and over all night ...who needs that? This is a much cooler sleep for me so far after a few days. Noticeable difference for sure. I am keeping thesw pillows. Hubby seems to like his too.

I love this pillow. I took out some of the stuffing. I am a side sleeper so I like my pillow a little lower. I love that it springs back up instead leaving a hole where my head was. Between the extra stuffing that came with it and what I took out I could make another pillow.

I wanted a pair of firm king sized pillows, because I have health issues and have to lie down a lot. I needed something I could either use to prop myself up for reading or lie flat on to sleep. These are perfect! I love the fact that you can adjust the stuffing to suit your firmness preference.They're *very* comfortable. So much so that they were nearly appropriated before I even used them. When I took them out of the package I just tossed them on the bed. When I turned around a minute later, each one had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel happily ensconced on it, clearly intent on claiming permanent possession! In fairness, the boys *do* allow me a few inches at the edge of their king sized bed. lolAll in all, I am very happy with this purchase. Next time they're on sale I may even break down and get a pair for my fur babies.

Amazing pillows I ordered a set, and husband definitely wanted mine, so I ordered more! Probably the best night sleep I’ve had in awhile! Don’t think about it just order them- you will not be disappointed!!

First of all, I did my research and I’m glad I chose this pillow. My previous pillow was a “My Pillow” original. This Bravbowerry pillow is 100% way better. There are two side… my favorite is the cooling side. Yes, it is cool even with the pillow case on! Let’s talk about the shredded memory foam stuffing.. that stay fluffy, not flat like a cardboard. It also came with extra stuffing on the side. Which I added in mine. I’m a side sleeper, I like my pillow more firm. The Bravbowerry pillow stays firm and very comfortable at the same time. I notice that I have been sleeping a lot better. I didn’t notice any bad smell. The outside pillow lining is very soft and smooth.This pillow gives anyone an option to take the shredded memory foam out or place more inside. I never owned a pillow like this. I am a true customer writing this review for others can read.

Worth the price, these pillows keep their shape and are super comfortable.

I had to leave a review, these pillows are amazing! I was shocked at how full they got after removing them from the vacuum seal! I love that it comes with extra stuffing or the option to remove stuffing! Definitely worth buying!

So: the smell has taken quite a bit longer to dissipate than I would have preferred. That I didn't love. If you don't live in a tiny bachelor apartment and can afford to air your pillows out for a couple days, I think you might have a different experience, but I do and can't and so here we are. Something to consider if you're in a small apartment or a dorm room or another, similar situation. With that said, the smell wasn't awful or incredibly strong, just strange and a bit unpleasant. It didn't stop me sleeping on them! And it was the worst the first week or so, so again, if you have the space to air these out for a couple of days, I think you might have a very different experience.Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints. I recently went on a tear replacing all of my very old, cheap, falling apart bedding (every piece of which was minimum 3 - 5 years old), and just looking at these next to my old pillows made me put my head in my hands. (My old pillows were VERY lumpy.)The adjustability is excellent, though I'm not sure how you'd stuff them much fuller without getting bits of foam absolutely everywhere. That's one thing to realize: if you open up these pillows or the provided bag of extra, the shredded foam will reveal to you that it loves to travel. It wants to see the world! You will have to keep an eye on it unless you want to find bits everywhere for days afterward. I put a little more in mine because I like a very firm pillow, but honestly, I don't know that I even needed to- these pillows start off full and firm to begin with.I don't know if they're actively cooling, but I have not had any issue with heat, and I do tend to run quite hot.Something to note might be that these pillows are a little weird looking under a white pillowcase because of the textured case and the blue side, so if that's going to bother you, I'd recommend getting a pair of white cotton zipper-closure cases/pillow protectors like I did. Makes them look substantially more normal, and doesn't seem to have had any particular effect on how hot or cool they are.In any case, these are nice pillows and I expect to get a lot of use out of them, they just show up smelling a bit funky and need time and space to air out.

I had to remove some of the latex but that is the best things about the pillow. You can adjust it to your comfort level. No smell and used it the same day I received it. Great investment I feel the difference already and I tried many other pillows but was no able to adjust.Great investment

I think people reviewed these pillows as firm, which they are not. But overall good if you stuff them to the brim. Came in easy packaging and has a cooling outer case.
