Bigjigs Toys Six Wooden Eggs in Carton

These eggs are well made with no seams as they are wooden and smooth. They are only very slightly smaller than a standard egg. This is no problem whatsoever. It is also a bonus having white and brown eggs as others on the market seem to be all brown. My granddaughters all love them and play with them more than a lot of other toys! They are used for treasure hunts, cooking and sometimes just holding, as there is something comforting in that. My 3 year old granddaughter has spent a couple of hours transferring them from egg boxes into bowls and back and carrying them around in a little shopping bag or basket. I keep a few empty different coloured egg boxes for her to play with too. The eggs come in white standard egg boxes anyway. I purchased a dozen of these lovely eggs as have many grandchildren. It was money very well spent. You don't have to spend a fortune to entertain children. Things like this and a child's imagination is all that's needed. Very good value for money, prompt delivery and well made product. I would recommend these eggs to others and will use the company again. Many thanks.

My little boy is obsessed with eggs, so squeeled with delight for hours (no, really) when these arrived. Lovely quality, realistic wooden eggs - survive being "eaten" and thrown about the place well, and are great value. If you're a fan of eggs, then this really is the giift for you!

I am sorry I only like giving good reviews but wen I first saw these I wasn't impressed after reading all the good reviews on it, the box is flimsy and is guna break the second my daughter gets her hands on it and the eggs are good quality but there's streak marks all over them from where they've not been painted properly, I must be a one off or something because evryone else is pleased with theirs, I'm sure my daughter wil enjoy them tho.

My two year old twin boy and girl love these eggs because they look so real, just like the ones they enjoy eating! The eggs have been dropped countless times and pretend tasted but still look new and unmarked. I also bought a wooden crate of vegetables with the eggs to add to their wooden kitchen collection but they have not taken so much of a liking to them, probably because they do not resemble the real items in quite the same way as the eggs do. Would recommend.

Got these for my little girl as she loves playing shop at the moment. Great size for her little hands and she loves the fact that it looks like a grown up box mummy would buy from a proper shop! Did read in other reviews that the box wasn't strong , but that didn't concern me as we can change it for a real one at any time. Lovely product.

I have previously bought a different set of eggs direct from China which contained 3 solid and 3 eggs with separate yolks. They were fine but bits gradually went missing. Saw these on Amazon and ordered 2 lots. Very happy with the quality and pleased that they are bigger and less of a choking hazard.The size of these are about 55mm long and just slightly smaller than Asda smart price eggs.I am sure my grandchildren will enjoy playing with these wooden eggs.

My four year-old granddaughter has been fascinated with my large collection of wooden eggs in a basket since she was very tiny. Apart from their play value in cooking and shopping games, she has always loved the feel of them, and also sorting them into empty egg boxes and counting them. When my one-year-old grandson came to stay, he was also continuosuly drawn to the basket of eggs and so I bought this box of half a dozen eggs to send to him. They are strong and tactile and can be used in so many ways to aid role-play and maths skills like counting and making and recognsing patterns. Buy several boxes because the more the better!

My 2 year old is obsessed with eggs so I thought she'd like these. I bought them as the other reviews said how realistic they looked. Well neither myself, my husband or my daughter actually think these look at all real. We got three bright white eggs and three brown eggs. The brown eggs were the colour of corrugated cardboard and the white eggs were the colour of tippex. They looked like painted egg shaped wood. I honestly don't see how anyone could get one confused with their breakfast as per a previous review! They come in a genuine egg box so that lasted about 5 seconds! It's easy to replace so no worries really though. They are quite fun to roll around on the floor but otherwise they sit at the bottom of the box of play food. My daughter actually prefers to play cook with her Tomy squeaking eggs.

Wir haben die Eier für unseren Sohn 3 Jahre bzw für seine Küche gekauft. Sie sind wirklich sehr schön, und unser Nachwuchs ist total begeistert von den Eiern. Doch leider ist nach bereits 8 Wochen die erste Farbe von den Eiern abgeplatzt, so dass wir nach und nach die Eier entsorgen müssen - schade ...

I bought these because my three-year-old was obsessed with getting eggs out of the refrigerator. This did the trick! He loves his eggs and plays with them on a daily basis. They look very realistic and are very durable. He has thrown them, dropped them, done everything to them and they still look the same as the day they arrived. Great toy!

Parmis tous les jouets pour la cuisine (légumes, fruits etc.) c'est de loin le mieux adapté aux petits enfants. Indesctructibles et à échelle normale (!!! jamais vu pour les légumes et fruits!!!). Je ne peux que recommander chaudement - et ma fille n'a que 2 ans ... donc ils ont encore de beaux jours devant eux/oeufs ;-)

Very cute product. Good size for my toddler- not too small so I’m not worried about choking. Great quality. Would buy again.
