Quite compact, it is easy to position and use. However, I'm a woman with a reduced mobility, so cannot use it standing up. It is a bit tricky to put it in place while sitting down. I haven't had any accidental spillage so far. Its ease of use really depends on wearing clothing or not and your ability to position yourself if sitting down and hold the container in place. I wish I did not have to hold it tightly to avoid accident spillage as my bladder cannot quite relax. I'm using it sitting at the edge of my bed and it does the job. For my personal use (not a lot of pressure coming from my bladder), I find it less prone to accident spillage having the blue adapter extended lip forward rather than backwards.
