You feel the same pain the next day as if you did a workout. I've only had it a couple weeks and like the results so far.I haven't felt this type of muscle contraction before because usually you contract in one direction or the other instead of both at once.I accidentally positioned it near a tendon on my elbow and it wasn't pleasant, ready the instructions before using as it could be unpleasant if not positioned correctly.I tried it on my forearms but it wasn't as effective.
