Fun Challenge, Easy to Clean
My cat (2 years) approves. Since he enjoys working to earn his treats (he performs little tricks, such as 'stand', 'shake hands', 'high five' on request), I thought this would be a novel way for him to 'earn' treats. He doesn't care for balls, never played with them even as a kitten, so I thought he would simply ignore the yellow ball.Surprise: He loves ball more than the treats! He really enjoys batting it around. He likes it best when he sits on one side of the board, I on the other, and we kick the ball at each other. He also plays on his own sometimes. What I really like is that this toy can be taken apart. Each section can be taken out, which is handy for washing and cleaning. My cat is highly intelligent in some ways, but not so great at spatial thinking, so I reckoned this would be a way for him to improve his skills. Indeed, he struggled quite a bit to get the treats out, and often simply gave up. But he's getting quite good now and enjoys the challenges.I recommend placing the treats in 'easy' locations first, to give your cat success experiences, and gradually increase the difficulty level. It also helps to use fairly big treats at first so that your kitty can get his claws into the treat. Smaller ones are more difficult to get.

Cat is obsessed with this
Well made. Tubes and parts lock into place. Has a good variety of tasks compared to similar product but priced more as a result. Cat stands on it all the time and it seems to be sturdy. It’s not difficult but I suggest owners start with large snacks to make it easier while training before moving to kibble.Like most cat things it’s a bit utilitarian and doesn’t look very stylish in the home and it takes a reasonably large space for a feeder. But it makes the cat happy, she loves this so much she has gone off wet food and always sits next to it hoping to eat the dry that she fishes out.

Great idea, but my cat ignores it entirely
She liked the ball, but otherwise ignores the food in it entirely. She knows how to get at it, if you really really prompt her, she just doesn't want to. So sadly I had to send it back.

worth buying
Bought for my housecat (Ragdoll) Nova to keep him occupied. He loves to bat the yellow ball.As for the puzzle part, at first he tried to reach for the treats with his mouth but he has since learnt to use his paws. The only downside is, instead of reaching into the tall cups, he knocks them off and spills the treat out that way! I'm constantly having to attach them back on, they're not strong enough against a cat! This keeps our boy entertained, if not for very long.

Having said that this cat centre is a nice distraction from the other toys they have and it's ...
Only gets 3, stars because once the cats get the idea of how to get the treats out it takes seconds for them to finish the treats and lose interest in the toy. With a ball you get a lot more out as they walk around and need to put in a lot more effort to get the treats. Having said that this cat centre is a nice distraction from the other toys they have and it's well built and easy to clean.

Fun for my cat
My cat enjoys it a lot. But she is so good at fishing the treats that I am going to look for something more challenging soon.

Spaceship!
All our cats (two kittens and an older cat) enjoy picking their kibble out of the "spaceship" -- and they all have different techniques. Where before a pile of kibble would disappear in minutes they often take time over this, leave some and come back for it in the middle of the night. The ball in the track at the edge is a bonus which probably increased early interest.

Excellent 5 star product
Excellent product for my cats to keep them active and busy, the puzzle segments all detach from the base for easy cleaning unlike any other puzzle toy I have seen.
