This is the quality kosher salt you want to have around for pretty much anything. I'm a big Texas BBQ guy and using anything other than DC when I make my own rubs ends up making them overly salty. For the sake of education: DC uses a process that makes their kosher salt hollow on the inside (almost pyramid looking) and almost completely uniform in size. This results in salt that's like 50% less dense than other products so its much easier to control how much you're adding and helps with fine tuning. All you need to do is compare how easily you can spread a pinch of DC Kosher vs any other brand and you'll never go back.

Love this salt and it is rated top quality of salt. It is a good value and there are no clumps. It has no heavy metals and rated very high on the taste.

Good enough for me and no weird taste/some brands say so-called added mineral, this is just pure saltiness.

One of the few truly good vlean salts

This is the hard-to-find go to salt product for any serious cook or chef. The grains are uniformly consistent in size, the tase is superior, and the flavor profile is always well balanced. The only thing preventing a five star review is the box it comes in. Pouring is somewhat difficult to establish consistency with, and a standard teaspoon does not fit into the opening.

I watched many reviews on all kinds of salt and was shocked to discover how many have metals and chemicals in them even though they advertise they are pure or natural. It appears from testing this is the only salt that is free of mercury, lead and cadmium, and other harmful chemicals.No additives like anti caking agents. Wonderful find. It is a clean tasting quality salt and you get a 48 ounce box. A good value for a truly clean salt!

This is a must have for a serious baker or cook. This is hard to find in our grocery stores, and when we do find it the price is much higher. The crystal size is superior to other brands.

The best salt on the market in regards to being pure with very little if not any heavy metals in it. I’ve looked extensively into chemicals that are in all foods water etc. This salt is the best and safest you can buy for your family. All be it pricey. Highly recommend.

Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt is a great salt and is less intense than normal table salt. I also like its flavour and low sodium content. Love cooking with this salt.
