Even if you don't care about water usage, using less allows longer showers before running out of hot water. It comes with two spray discs that you can place into the head depending upon your water pressure with the "normal" one already installed. The ability to remove and clean the discs by merely unscrewing the head is a great feature especially if you have hard water that might eventually clog the small holes that allow the water through. I would not ordinarily write such an enthusiastic review for something as mundane as a shower head but this one really delivers for a very reasonable price AND it's actually made here in the USA - wow!
