Well as I ordered the 100gm it came as a 400gm tablet so had to cut it into 4 not easy as it crumbled my friend also ordered 100gm and also got 400gm so what is going on to string to take 400g made me to jumped up

I have used 5-htp on and off for years. These were meant to be ideal as I needed to change to a non capsule formula. However they did not work at all for me.

Disappointed as the tablets dissolve, so difficult to take. I dropped one into water, it immediately broke into two, then when the water was agitated it completely disdolved. Won't buy from here again.
