Excellent stuff. It took me a few minutes to install. It has a modern style and looks fabulous on the door. Creating an account and linking the lock with Wi-fi connectivity was simple. The Locketch App is really easy to use. It's wonderful to be able to manage my lock remotely over WiFi without the requirement for an additional controller. I was indeed able to create other user access codes for my family and configure the housekeeping code.The app has a good Lock History where I can see what has been happening. Finally, utilizing the Smart Key function, I was able to rekey the new lock to match all of the other existing locks on my property. It's a fantastic feature that took seconds to set up, and I no longer need to carry any additional keys. I'm really delighted with the result!

I recently bought this Locketch smart lock, and I am quite pleased with how well it performs. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the installation process, which was easy to understand. The user-friendly app that manages the lock enables me to effortlessly authorize access to visitors, monitor who comes into and leaves my house, and even create personalized calendars for automatic lock and unlock times. The lock is quite modern and blends in beautifully with the rest of my door hardware. I adore having the piece of mind that comes with being able to monitor and manage the lock from any location. I wholeheartedly endorse this smart lock to anyone searching for a dependable and practical answer to their home security concerns.

Wi-Fi version does communicate with the app remotely from anywhere. It does not however send notifications. Finger print reader is pretty fussy. Lock works great. The auto locking feature requires the external magnet to be installed. Has a few quirks to get used to.

From the start, this was looking like a very promising purchase but it is now safe to say that of all the tech products I have purchased on Amazon, this is possibly the VERY worst. Where do I start?- The app doesn't work (won't connect) to its own product via Bluetooth- No where is it mentioned that you cannot connect to 5GHZ wifi (they tell you this only after purchase)- After changing the wifi to 2.4GHZ, still no connection and every other product on my network works like a charm.- The door sensor does not work when you close the door- The company website is atrocious when it comes to customer support: I waited for a representative on the chat for 10 minutes and still got no one and just finally gave up and let them know I am returning the product.- The Instructions and diagrams look like they were produced by a 4th grader. This is shameful for a startup company. The grammar, punctuation and spaces were all over the place. This makes the company look very bad and unprofessional.- There are absolutely NO videos anywhere on how to operate this thing. Amazing.How do I lock my door when leaving? How do I open my door after entering my code (will the door automatically open or do i press the unlock button)?- There are apparently 3 different unlock modes: single mode, combination mode and passage mode - uh WHAT DO THESE MEAN? There is no explanation.Needless to say this is the worst experience I have had with Amazon ever and I am a software developer that has dealt with A LOT.I am returning this travesty and asking for a full refund. DO NOT BOTHER buying.

This feature has given me a tremendous sense of security and control, especially when I'm away from home.Overall, I would highly recommend the Locketch smart door lock. It's truly a game-changer!
