Does the job well - fun for a new hobby
It always seemed wasteful to throw away empty wine bottles. I mean they can be recycled, but could they be used a different way. Enter the DIYAREA Bottle Cutter. It was easy to set up once I understood how the water was used. I didn't need all of the connections or lengths of hose, but I am sure it's there to cover any situation. As you can see from the photo, my set-up was pretty simple and it did the job. Slow and steady wins the race here. You don't want to push/rush it. I think I am going to use mine for candles. Fun labels on the bottles add to the final product. I am sure we're going to enjoy this for some time.

Fantastic gizmo for my workshop
I'm a glass artist who needs to cut rims off drops (sorry for the tech jargon) and I looked longingly at professional models out of my price range for about a year. Then I found out about this. Genius! Not only is this affordable, but I was able to easily rig up a water table for it because of its small size. And the blade cutting height is easily adjustable, so no matter how thick or thin the glass rim I'm able to set the blade to the right height. I threw out the weird IV drip thing. But this comes with additional blades so I'll be cutting rims for a long time. If it breaks or wears out, I'll buy another.

Good bottles cutter
This is a great product. This bottle cutter works fantastically, the included emery blades produce clean cuts. The quality is good and ease of setup. You can use the bottles for make glasses and flower vases. Good value for the money.

This works ok, not great, not awful
Start by throwing that water/cooling system in the garbage, it is worthless. I hooked up a small aquarium pump ($5.00) and ran the tubing to the point where the blade contacts the bottle. This keeps the blade cooled and handles the glass dust from getting all over. It does spray a little, but you can adjust that blade guard to catch most of the spray, but do expect some.

Such great quality for something that’s pretty inexpensive!
So incredibly surprised on how great this glass cutter is. It comes with six different blades, as well as many other accessories that make it so easy to use. I have practiced a little bit and yes, I can’t believe I haven’t purchased this before. Can’t wait for a few more tries. I’m sure I will have some excellent adorable glasses and handmade cut bottles that I can put my new candles in.

Cuts beautifully!
Wish I had invested in this long ago! It makes my crafting/up-cycling so much simpler… set it up, and it cuts the bottle perfectly. It has done a great job on all the different bottles I have use and is easy to adjust for size desired… Great tool for any crafter!

Not The Greatest
The piece vibrates so bad when cutting you have to clamp it down. Things loosen up and move. You don't get a nice even cut. Had to move the clamp. Does not cut tapered or larger bottles well. Can't get the bottles close enough. A Tile Saw is quicker and same cut quality. Might be worth it if it was $40. Definitely not worth $135.
