Expensive but good quality
Great product so far. Lot of people saying about tough zips, they are a bit but not in a bad way, it's more a case of the fabric having an overlap over them but that will help keep rain out.I was worried it would be uncomfortable on my back for long periods, as you can just feel the pannier hooks. However I just had to walk 3.5 miles after work and had no problems at all, surprisingly comfortable. Also just to note the image showed no central locking catch between the hooks. It does have one but the design had changed from the one that I saw before that flips over. It's spring loaded now, very easy to attach and detach. It's not cheap, but seems very good quality. I'm carrying a 15 inch laptop, over ear head phones, bits and bobs, and can also easily get my lightweight jacket in there too.

Really good product
This bag is great. Really comfortable to wear, attaches onto the bike in a solid way, holds a decent amount of stuff, and looks really good. I was so happy with it. Its also clearly made with really good quality stuff. One two complaints is as previously mentioned the zip was a bit stiff, not a huge problem but not ideal. Also they should include an instruction outline of how to attach it to the bike, as it can be a little tricky to work out the best way to deal with the straps.

Well & made useful for daily commute
This is a well-made - if not cheap - bag which converts quickly from pannier bag to back pack in a few seconds. I use it when I cycle and then get the train. The bag is slightly small: a bit larger would be perfectly feasible for both pannier and backpack and make it more useful - with a laptop and one portfolio of papers it is full. It's not the perfect solution, but it is robust.

Great pannier and backpack
Good quality product. Fits a 13inch MacBook Pro with its case.Clips very securely and quickly to the bike rack. Converts very easily into a backpack. Some people have commented on stiff zips, I've had no problems.Slightly expensive, but highly recommended.

Perfect commuting backpack
I commute with this bag 3-4 times a week, and it is very well designed. It is quite fashionable too, and works well as a backpack by itself.I work at a company with a large (multi building) campus, so throughout the day, I need to use it as a backpack as I walk / shuttle between buildings for meetings. During my commute (9 miles each way), I use it as a pannier.PROs:- Sturdy fabric and zippers, holds its shape well- Wide opening, zips fully open for easy access- laptop compartment fits my 13" MBP well, can probably go up to 15"- lots of pockets, and a mesh pocket as well- Clips that attach to the rack work great, easy on and off, secure during multiple bumps along the commute- Very light when emptyCONS:- Transforming the bag does take some getting used to- The bag is quite long (due to backpack form factor), so depending on your bike setup, it could get close to your brakes / sprockets.Overall, I love this bag, and it has held up well during the 4 months I've had it.

Excellent pannier/backpack
Pretty much exactly what I expected from it. Build quality is great. As others have mentioned, zippers are a bit stiff, but nothing that actually causes issues. The clips didn't fit my rack perfectly, but were very easy to readjust. Sits very firmly and secure on the rack. I have on occasion been too lazy to stop and put on the rain covers in cases of sudden rain, but everything inside is still dry, as long as the zippers are directly exposed.Laptop pocket fits my 15.6" Dell XPS 9570, although there's not a whole lot of margin. Also have no problem fitting gym clothes (shirt, underwear, pants, socks, shoes, towel, waterbottle on the outside), but not while the laptop is in the bag.Switching between pannier and backpack is not as instant as some people seem to say it is, but it's not so complicated that it detracts from the score, and will probably be faster once I get used to it. It's still the best combination of pannier and backpack I've found.
