Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really wanted to get myself a remote with voice capabilities and it is wonderful I got two of them one for my bedroom TV and one for my living room TV and they both work great it's so nice to not have multiple remotes for one thing, but I love the voice search capability, it's awesome, no more spending 5 minutes tapping in one letter at a time when I'm looking for a particular movie or what not.Buttons responsiveness:Very responsive no problems with that at allBuild quality:It's sturdy as expected Durability:I did purchase rubberized casings for each of them and I dropped them on a regular basis I can't lie but so far so good!Response time:Response time is immediateValue for money:I think I only paid $15 for each of them as there was a special going onVolume control:So happy to have volume control on both of the remotes especially for the bedroom TV which is an old LG that I have an external Roku attached to, before this remote I had to have the original remote for the TV too adjust volume now I don't need it at all I like that a lot

This remote works just like most other Roku remote control units, EXCEPT that this one has a couple of features that some other Roku remotes do not have:1. RF/BT pairing, which means you DON'T HAVE TO POINT TO THE TV when pressing a button!2. Voice input - you can search by pressing the "voice input" button and talking to the remoteI have a Roku TV that had older remotes that look just like this one, but which didn't have the same features (on those old ones you had to point to the TV because they use infrared to communicate to the TV instead of RF/BT). I replaced the old remote with this one and it's made a world of difference.They use standard AAA batteries which are convenient.My only complaint is that I wish the buttons were back-lit, or at least glow-in-the-dard. It's hard to see the buttons otherwise in the dark.

The original remote from my 2019 Roku Ultra would lose connection regularly and I'd need to take out the batteries and put them back in. I put up with it till it started having issues with sticky buttons and I couldn't get them to work properly when cleaned.This remote is fantastic by comparison. It performs the functions a little faster, it's smaller in hand, not had an issue with connection. A great value if your Roku is still working well but the remote is worse for the wear.

We lose at least 1 remote regularly and thankfully they are replaceable cheaply. This has voice activation, so useful for those sight impaired or who want to easily use remote. Follow simple directions .ta-da!! Working remote in mere minutes..Real Roku..not universal that rarely work efficiently..Buy a few, stock up .trust me, you'll need them, eventually. One day, like those missing socks, remotes will surface from limbo, till then, buy and enjoy your Roku streaming device.

I tried alternative remotes, but this works best I think. My biggest complaint, the right arrow button wears out since it's used a lot to move through YouTube videos. Second biggest complaint, the AAA batteries don't last long. AAs would be better. Otherwise, works pretty good.

Exactly as described, super easy to pair as long as you follow the simple instructions. (Pay attention to the order of the steps.)(If like me you don’t pay attention and mess up the order, you can still easily pair by starting the outlined instructions over in the proper sequence.) ;)

I tried the 9+ dollar remote and it would NOT program my Samsung tv volume and mute- That's what I bought it for-The seller sent me several messages to try to program it different ways- They never worked- after 3 days of trying everything and all the aggravation- I sent it back and bought this one- IT WORKED PERFECTLY- EASY TO PROGRAM.

I am a Bonafide Roku Lover! I love the voice option. Being able to command the TV with my voice is the greatest thing and makes viewing such a simple pleasure. Takes any frustration out of finding your desired channel. In a vocal snap, you're right where you want to be! Highly Recommended
