I really like these dumbells. I'm using them for Jillian Micheals 30 day shred dvd, and they've been absolutely brilliant. I'm very new to this so my arms get a bit weak during her workout, and the grip handles are a lovely way to secretly cheat! I also like that they're feminine. I know it sounds silly but with these being so cute, it's sort of a motivator for me to use them more often :-)

Great handweights, arrived swiftly but be warned they are 2.5lbs each not 5lb each and it does say that in the description but I didn't see that. Now searching for a heavier pair of dumbbells....

Really comfortable
These Ladies soft hand weights are really comfortable, much better than my previous bulky pineapple ones. And your hands do not slip because of the foam outer. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
