Missing Parts
The instructions are bad - in one example it shows things one way, then the next it’s the opposite. It does NOT come with a VGA cable as described and what the AI question/Answer thing said it would, and although this is a stand to mount the monitors on, it is missing the individual monitor stands so they could be used without the mount. The monitor quality is mid, very disappointing.

Mount does not fit
The monitors work fine my problem is the mount does not fit the monitors, I emailed the customer service but never heard back from them, extremely frustrating purchase

Screw these monitors, get something with a better design
Awful adjustment design caused the monitors to slam down on the desk. The knob collides with the monitor support. The “fix” is to pull the knob out, and then flip it up. What it does is grind and actuate the bolt anyways and end up being a massive pain. The monitors themselves sag and won’t stay put. One of the worst designs I’ve seen for an electronic.
