So i kind of understand why spider farmer also lie about theirs but its still not on. It is not quiet. It is NOT 26.8 decibles. Maybe on the lowest possible power setting from across the room, but I keep mine on 25% and I can hear it in another room across the landing through two ajar doors. I have to strain but still. If I turn it up any louder its clearly noticeable across the house 3 stars because it does the job, has some kick, I don't really have much to compare it to. Lost 2 stars because its deliberately misadvertised.
