I've been taking these for 2 weeks now for therapeutic purposes and they seem to be working great! But not only are they working for what I intended to use them for, somehow they are also helping to regulate my sleep. They're great! It's a large pill-size but it doesn't bother me; I've taken vitamins and supplements my whole life, however that may pose a problem for those who have that issue. Great product!

I have seen results within a week. I’m less hungry and my sugar craving have lessened. I take twice a day as recommended. Along with sea moss and Ashwagandha.

Mine came and they were all white and not expired looking. I am excited to try them, I have heard they are great for gut health and memory.
