This sling was exactly what I needed to help my disabled mother move to her bedside commode and have a enough open space to use the bathroom without the complications that a lift sling with the smaller opening caused in regards to getting soiled if the position of her bottom in the sling shifted. It has no rough or scratchy edges like most and is machine washable. My mom is a larger woman and it accommodates her size well. I would absolutely recommend this to any caregiver who uses a lift for bathrooming and bathing.

For someone who is in a wheelchair and does not want to have to have a sling put on in bed, this is the perfect sling. We like it so well that we ordered it twice and it is the only sling we use. It's easy to use, easy to wash, and easy to dry.However, it is worth noting that if the leg straps are put too close to the knees, instead of high up on the thighs, it can bring the knees up to the shoulders so that the person is no longer in a sitting position, so be aware of that. Once you know how to use it, it's perfect!!!

Came in on time and looks and works like it should

I have quite a few hoyer slings. I’ve tried several of them and this one has been the best. It’s comfortable and doesn’t hurt.

It's well made and functional but the black material around the edges is very rough and has caused areas of skin irritation on the back of the patients thighs so we have to alternate slings as this one can't be used everyday without causing damage. For this reason I gave 2 stars.
