UPS on steroids
Frank Martin (Jason Statham) lives a quiet and unassuming life in the French Riviera as a self employed delivery driver with a difference. He doesn't wear a uniform, you won't find him in the yellow pages and he doesn't work out of a depot. He delivers items that no other delivery company would dare to handle and there are no consignment notes or paperwork to fill in.Frank has 3 rules; 1 Never change the deal. 2 No names. 3 Never look in the package. He adheres to these rules until one day he notices a package happens to be moving. Eventually he breaks rule 3 to find a young woman inside the package. The recipient of said package now has to make sure that Frank is silenced. In the second film Frank relocates to Miami and is working for a wealthy family to transport their young son to and from school. The young boy is kidnapped and Frank sets out to recue him. The kidnappers have another plan to release a virus and Frank has to rely on his special forces skills to get the job done. Both films have plenty of chase and fight action and will satisfy the needs of most action film fans and at the current price of 5GBP it is an absolute bargain to be had.

Transporter Pack Blu-ray
These are the only 2 Transporter movies i care to believe exsist, the 3rd was so terrible i just cant ever watch it again.Picture quality in both has some grain and can be considered as a upscaled dvd. The audio for the 1st Transporter is great as it levels out the speaking and the explosions but the 2nd has louder explosions which is sure to annoy the neighbours/house-mates. It does sound awsome though. The one thing i always check when buying my favourite Blurays/dvds is are they edited for violence? but this time round i forgot and oh no they are both cut. Both UK/US has the same versions but France has the uncut version, the only scene that seems to be missing from the first is the lorry running over a body bit and for the 2nd throwing a pipe through a bad guy near the end. These 2 cuts never bothered me to much but still i find it unfair if we cant have them too.For the price of £8.50 i find this 2 pack very worth it.Possibly the best movies Jason Statham has done? well he gets to be the main star as he mostly shares it in others. Fast, action packed, quite well directed and chorographed. A must buy!

Suspend belief and enjoy the ride
Jason Statham has made some classic films (Snatch and Lock, Stock etc... , for example). The films in this set don't come close, unfortunately, but they are fantastic all action films with pretty much non-stop guns, explosions, car chases, fist fights, stunts, and so on. The storylines are dodgy to say the least, and whoever thought it would be a good idea for Jason Statham to attempt an American accent (I think that's what it is) was sadly deluded. HOWEVER, if you forget about realism, and just go along for the ride, both films are great entertainment. And watching Mr Statham laying low improbable numbers of foes armed only with his fists (and a multiplicity of lethal weapons), and performing the kind of stunts in his car that would have Evel Knievel turning in his grave, is a treat. Buy it, but don't take it too seriously.

Good Film, Good Service
I'll keep this basic because like the rest of you I'll get bored writing.Won't ruin the film for you but Frank (Jason Statham) collects packages and transports them to their destination. Along the way he comes across a few stumbling blocks... As you'd expect and hope to see. Great action stunts, really good film and If you like; excitement, action and suspense then this Is a film for you!Paid £3.30 for Transporter 1, 2 and 3 so I wasn't too bothered about the length of time to receive them but I got 1 and 2 In 5 days (Fri to Tuesday) and 3 two days later.Cheap and cheaper, can't complain.

Great Film
I saw this film on tv about two days before i ordered the dvds for the first time ever and loved the film so much. for some unknown reason i get into films late like this film came out in 2002 and it was 2011 before i had even seen it. But i loved the film from the start it has a mix of action with a few comedy scenes as well. The on chemistry between the characters Frank Martin and Lai is great and when you add in the French police inspector Tarconi it really makes the film. i highly recommend this film to anyone into Jason Statham's work he is a great actor and this is definitely one of his best films in my opinion. I was so impressed with the film i even got the 3rd one as well as this dvd set.

So good, it's now a tv series.
Luc Besson is a talented movie maker who specialises in riotous car chases, explosions, good v bad and usually a good twist of sarcasm.Transporter 1 and 2 are a 2 movie collection which introduce us to the suave and principled Frank (played by Jason Statham) who moves packages for money. Clearly, some packages can promote adverse situations, and that's where this series excels. So much so that there is now a tv series following on from the films. This is a good starter set for a good old fashioned gripping film with a slight hint of bond and so well written and acted, you really can't easily predict the ending!Oh, if you like this, try a French film series called TAXI by the same team starring Sami Narceri.
