Didn't come with a carabiner but it is a decent little double ended bag, the straps are not adjustable so I figure that shortens the lifespan of the item but other than that it's fine.

Great bag especially for the money. Spent some time trying to figure out which one to buy. So many options and price points. This one really seemed to be the right one for what i was looking for. Boxing is part if my training, not my primary activity. That said i have had it in the basement over a month and use it a few of hours a week. It has not lost any air and has no areas or aspects that reveal any weaknesses yet. My guess is if your a boxer and beating on it 20 hours a week you will want to buy something different. But if you are looking to use this as part of your training I would definitely recommend this product. Can't go wrong at the price point too.

Good quality and the price was great,my only negative remarks would be that it came without any instruction as to how to use, or description of types of exercises you can incorporate into your program with this. I also thought well how difficult could it be to figure out how to set it up. I either hang it up from one side or the other. Not the case...Eigther way the ball still is about waist level when hanging. So there is some figuring out at this point( which I havent done yet) Perhaps I'll get back with my results when I'm able to let you know what was necessary to get the bag to my desired height which would be about chin level.

The media could not be loaded.  My new favorite exercise toy. I workout daily and wanted to try a boxing speed bag and have being searching for awhile but really don’t have any place to hang it so saw this as this hangs top and bottom and even if the patio is high . Price was affordable and easy setup. Love it but takes a little effort and time to practice and get the hang of it . I have never try any of this kind of punching bag or speed bag so was a bit difficult at first so I watched YouTube video to learn how to punch it . After some practice this is definitely fun and great daily exercise ...... love itHighly recommend if you need an exercise equipment ( punching bag ) that work on your arm and body movements

Good cheap exercise put it on my front porch play with it while I drink coffee in the morning... Watch the computers go by lol working for money capitalism worst interpersonal intersexual relationship family situation community and existence... Prepare for the implosion.

Here’s my story. I first purchased a bag in the $80 range. After just one use the bag did not hold air for long. Indeed, I had to inflate the ball twice in a 10min workout (note: I’m not Hulk, I’m just an average guy). I decided to return the bag and purchased another one in the $30 range. The end result was even worse. After just one use the ball was totally deflated and I just couldn’t inflate it again. So I returned this ball too and ended up purchasing the brace master’s ball. Finally I got what I wanted. The ball is good quality and stays inflated for weeks. Great value for money.

It works well, but doesn’t work as well as it could. Mostly due to missing ceiling hook

I've found I have much higher success blindly punching straight down the middle vs actual hand-eye coordination trying to target this circling speed demon. Perhaps that's a reality lesson it's trying to teach.Not sure how long it would hold up if I had skills, but if it's still good in a year, I'll up it to 5 stars.

Karabinerhaken komplett verrostet und schließen nicht richtig, Ball voller Flecken und die "Schlaufen", an denen man das Teil befestigen soll, sind mit kabelbindern gesichert. Letzter China-Dreck!

I only got this item 2 weeks ago. I had two massive issues with it. The bungee cords snapped and of course I knew this was fixable so I had to go and buy bungee cords. It was working great for awhile then the ball itself broke and air was coming out of it. I thought I could fix this with a little duct tape but the air kept on coming out. I am really upset with this product as I spent 50 dollars on this and only had it for 2 weeks. I asked for a full refund but they asked me to send it back in a box and they said it will take 2 weeks for a full refund and this will be a lot of work. I suggest not to buy this product because of these two massive issues.

Es una buena compra. Soy boxeador amateur y la compré por tenerla en mi casa colgada y es muy resistente a los golpes, con o sin guantes. puede que la goma se quede un tanto corta ya que mido 1.80 y para colgarla a mi altura le he tenido que poner un pequeño trozo de cuerda ya que si no se queda muy tensa, pero eso depende del gusto de cada uno. Por lo general muy buen producto

Super einfach aufgebaut, natürlich braucht man zwei Löcher bohren für Dübel für Decke und Boden!Hat man diese erstmal mittels Hammer bis zum Anschlag versenkt braucht man nur noch zwei passende Rundhaken in die Dübel verschrauben. Ich vermisse allerdings verschiedene Ringe am Spannbügel.So ist es schwierig einen Härtegrad für den Punchingball einzustellen. Sonst okay.. für Kids!!

I use this item in my garage which is quite cold now, plus I work quite hard on it. Still it does its job perfectly. Measure your ceilings height before ordering - my garage height is rather low and thus the boxing ball is slightly lower than desired (at the chest level and I am of average height), but it is not a disadvantage of this product. However it makes it unsuitable for the rooms lower than 2.5 meters.
