Ny husband loved his new oversized, comfy recliner we gifted him for Father’s Day. He can now come home after a long day of work and instantly knock out and enjoy a nap. His previous recliner was of poor quality and quite uncomfortable.He says he immediately could tell this one is going to last him a very long time, and definitely his favorite seat in the house

This chair is horrible! It is hard and not comfortable at all. It does not rock it glides. When getting out of the chair it leans forward like the chair is going to lift. The foot rest is impossible to put down. If you are elderly and have leg problems you can't get out of the chair. I need help. To try and return the chair is a joke. They want it in the original package. Don't buy it

It’s very easy to assemble. Super comfortable. I’ve had it for several months, and have enjoyed it everyday. The only complaint I have is the cushions in the arms of it are starting to slide outwards. I’m always pushing back on the top of the arms.

The chair was easy to assemble and very lightweight. My only issue is you can’t just put your feet up. When you place the foot part up the back goes back so far you’re looking at the ceiling. I bought this so my fur babies and I could sit together and watch tv, only if I put the feet up I can’t see the tv, only the ceiling. The arms are wide and low taking up most of the seat. Not very comfortable for me. Used it for about 3 weeks and the springs now squeak when it rocks.Dreamsir reached out to me via Amazon messaging (which I didn’t know existed), and offered to send a replacement chair or a refund. I chose the refund because this chair is not for me.Customer service and prompt responses were a major plus!

First of all, it's not an oversized recliner. Plus, the footrest once you get it out, you can't get it back in. I should've listened to the other reviewers and not get this chair. Customer service is very obliging though.

Loved the chair. Exactly what I was looking for and the price was comfortable for me. It is really sturdy and you can tell it's well made and made with quality material. They also have a larger one I want to get. I will definitely buy here again

The media could not be loaded.  Poorly designed , armrests packed under the base of the chair ( you install them ) the are only held in place by short metal track ! THIS allows them to flop over the sides exsposing wood framing that’s NOT PADDED . If you never lay your arms on the armrest it looks like the photo. But soon as you lay your arms down the ( armrest) flop over the side and stay there . Buy a recliner with armrest built in to base . COMPANY WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING WITH WANTING TO RETURN THEM . They responded quickly that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars on service

I have reached out SEVERAL times about the poor quality of this chair and keep getting told someone would get back to me. We’ll they never do. The foot rest is wearing out like it’s 20 years old in the first month! Complete waste of money. Terrible customer service Amazon as well!
