Believe me, didn't chose this but i try to focus on recovery and having a sense of humor about it like the more i pull the more i look like my bald dad. Anyway, I only pull my head hair during high stress times. right now I am a stay at home mom of two girls ages 2 and 10 months so my stress is ridiculous thus i have a ginormous bald spot on top of my head. I really like them.
