Great purchase. Bar is sturdy. The grip grooves are comfortable but stable and the bar is really easy to work with. The rubber seal stop on the fixings holds the plate steady throughout the range of reps, so there’s not clanking or slipping. Much better than the version sold by York.

During lockdown prices for these were ridiculous...£200! So it’s refreshing to see a proper product at a great price. I was to be honest a bit dubious but I took the plunge and was really pleased when it arrived...solid, great build quality and up to the job! Been in and out of gyms for 30 yrs so during lockdown built my own gym and this has been a top addition to all the equipment I’ve recently bought to kit it out. Defo recommend 👍🏻

Reading the reviews before i pulled the trigger on this, many said the there was no knurling towards the middle of the bar. These were a few years old and this appears to have been addressed. The bar i received has this knurling as shown in the pics. The other thing people mentioned was the weights coming loose and this may be due to the spinlocks being loose. It's as if they are for the next size up as in they are loose on the threads. What i did was buy rubber washers and placed one on the bar before adding weights and then another after the weights but before the spinlocks. These hold the weights in place and keeps the spinlocks tight. A great EZ bar for the price. The spinlocks could be a better fit but it is not insurmountable and by no means a deal breaker.

I bought the super EZ bar, it's well worth it for an extra £2. You can feel greater muscle isolation than with the standard bar. The bar itself is exactly how advertised. There was zero rust and the finish looks great. The spinlocks are decent quality, the bar feels incredibly sturdy. I imagine it will be a bar for life. Perfect for my growing home gym collection.

Great barbell that does exactly what it says! I've got a fair few standard weight plates from other sets so this barbell standalone kit was perfect to use with what I've already got. Makes the perfect addition to my home workouts whilst gyms are still closed!

I'm no fitness coach or sports scientist but, after a couple of minor injuries, I was looking for something to make bicep and reverse curls more comfortable, and thought I'd give this a go. The design is such that my hand/wrist position feels more more natural and it has greatly reduced the discomfort I was getting in my forearm and elbow.

Impresionante barra Z.A mí me ha venido con todo el moleteado completo...ahí lo dejo.Peso, calidad, textura/agarre, y sobre todo curvaturas (tanto para aislamientos de biceps como de triceps) excepcionales:))Y por cierto, como consejo, si usáis discos de 28mm para que estos no desaflojen al ser de un diametro superior a la barra (25mm), una vez apretados con sus 2 collares, apretad tambien al máximo desde los discos (es decir, girando los discos en el mismo sentido de apriete que el collar del lado correspondiente.Así ni se moveran absolutamente nada;))Para quitar los discos desaflojar primero estos girándolos en el sentido contrario y a continuación desaflojar los collares.!Excelente compra y vendedor!

Bilanciere ez angolato, utilissimo per esecuzione di esercizi specifici (come una buona french press, o un curl con bilanciere).Il corpo si presenta in acciaio inox con dimensioni circa 120 x 5,5 nel punto di massimo e è un pollice e un quarto di diametro per l'adattamento dei pesi ed un peso approssimato di 5 kg.Buona la zigrinatura e l'angolazione poca accentuata nelle curve.Unico vero punto debole sono i fermi che tendono ad allentarsi spesso, un vero peccato anche se alla fine questo fenomeno non ne compromette affatto l'utilizzo o la sicurezza.Visto il prezzo di vendita posso senz'altro consigliarlo
