I sleep flat on my back, usually use no pullow at all but when I turn to my side I need just a little help to fill the neck hole. This pillow is WONDERFUL!! It is so slim that I'm comfortable on my back, it's cool and when I do roll it up a half turn, it fits my neck without causing my head to incline. I did n I t want to pay that high price, but now, I would pull the trigger again if I needed to. Why did I never think to search "flat pillow"? Thank you!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I lost my last pillow I had for 10 years by leaving it an Air BnB. I bought this to replace it (3.25"). It took a few hours to reach full thickness and 3 days to "air out" to the point where I couldn't smell it anymore. I left it in an open window with a fan on and flipped it twice a day. Since I think it matters, I'm 6'1" 180lbs. The 3.25 is right on the money to keep my neck aligned when side sleeping. The holes in the pillow are the same on both sides, meaning you can flip it without changing the feel of the pillow. I prefer this as I will flip my pillow in the night in hot weather. It feels neutral as far as heat retention. I do sleep on a plush latex mattress which has more of an "on top" feel vs a memory foam mattress which has a 'sunken" feel to me and a traditional spring mattress which feels like I'm either sleeping on a plank or in a taco, depending on the firmness and age of the mattress. While I like the latex mattress the best, I found latex pillows didn't allow my neck to sink enough into the pillow, so I always look for memory foam pillows that are plush.Overall, I'd call the firmness on this pillow as very plush and a 2-3 on the firmness scale of 10. It cradles the head very well which I prefer as a side sleeper. I don't feel like I'm going to "roll off" the pillow if I try to adjust and I don't feel like it creates a divot if I try to move my head to a different position. I toss and turn during the night, so this is very important to me. I do use a zippered cotton pillowcase with a cotton pillowcase over it, as well as what it comes. So that does have an impact on how it feels vs just throwing a pillowcase on it.I'll watch movies in bed with another pillow to prop it up. It's not as good as my last pillow for watching movies (I think due to extra plushness compared to my lost pillow), but sleeping has been great and only took a couple nights to adjust to the new pillow. I've gone through many pillows since I've had a few car accidents and have bad neck/shoulder pain if my neck is out of alignment when I sleep. I'd buy this pillow again if I needed to replace it.

Got this a few months ago. Wanted to use it a while before writing a review. This is a great pillow for a stomach sleeper like me. The foam is supportive and comfortable. I don’t have to punch or fluff it, and I have no more neck pain.

Great pillow!! Finally something out there with the thickness you like and the firmness and uniformity of a memory foam..... Bought the 2.75.... I was worried it would be too thick but definitely thinner than expected. My only complain is there seems to be a slight chemical odor about it. Hope it eventually disappears over time but it's fairly strong on day one.

The pillow is exactly as described. It's cool to the touch. It showed up with a few drops of water & dried out very quickly .... just as the description notes.It's very comfortable like a memory foam pillow but seems a little softer to me. Though not so soft my head/neck didn't feel supported. I am 5"3", 124lbs & work in the construction industry. Sleep is extremely important to me because I don't get much of it in my line of work. Quality sleep is more important than just closing my eyes & I've had the same pillow for a couple years. I managed to smash it pretty flat but it really looks like it needed a good washing. After ruining my last washing machine washed pillow I was hesitant but it needed to be done, so I took a leap. It was ruined & I knew it as soon as I took it out of the washing machine. I hoped the dryer would fluff it up evenly & I'd just have to sleep on a puffy pillow for a week or 2 until it smashed down but it dried lumpy just like it came out of the washing machine. It was no good. I ordered this pillow based on the thickness I thought I'd prefer & this pillow has so far been about perfect.I might wish it a bit thinner but that might be too thin & I really needed a perfect pillow. This nailed the job. Because of the material, I never have to wash it & now that I've found one I like, I'll continue buying from this brand. Even my husband who seemed to love his Memory Foam pillow that came as a gift with our Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme bed thinks he too will be switching to a thinner pillow. He's 6'3", 210 & feels his current, standard size pillow is too lofty.I was in a car accident 4 years ago & prior to that slept soundly on a latex pillow that breathed very well & had hols in it like this to keep the user cool. I loved that pillow but after the accident couldn't sleep on it anymore & have been on the hunt for a thinner pillow with similar support. I finally found my new perfect pillow. I bought this pillow in Super Slim max cool standard size. It is slightly smaller all around than my previous pillow but my previous pillow was too but for me anyway so why would I expect the new, better one to be the same size & better any better? A smaller pillow overall, for me, was the ticket. The Super Slim may be my next pillow but so far, this one has helped me get a better sleep & my neck doesn't hurt anymore.I use a pillow cover then put my pillow case on but this pillow comes with a cover. Even still, I've left it on & use my own over that so my laundry consists of 3 pillow cases off my single pillow. I feel like it keeps the pillow clean though I shower daily. I think it just makes me feel better.The seller is spot on about everything in the description. In my opinion, I didn't feel there was a "chemical" smell with the new pillow. I think what people smell is "new". It's like when you buy a new hoodie. It has that new clothing smell & pillows are no different. We just aren't typically used to the scent of new memory foam. I really didn't smell anything I couldn't sleep on the same night I received the pillow. I left it uncovered for the day to dry out. Not that was soaked. Just a few drops on the case as mentioned in the description, & it was completely dry by the time I got home late afternoon. I put the original case it came with back on, my own pillow cover & my pillow case. It's a perfect-for-me pillow. I'd definitely order another pillow from this seller. They were transparent & the product arrived quickly & exactly as described.

Very comfortable pillow but to flat fir me.The cooling last about 3 days and then it doesn’t feel very cold.

This company is great and I have used their pillow for the past 5 years. The cool memory phone and slim option is exactly what my neck needed. Further, they worked with me when the first one was too thin and I needed to go to a super slim. Excellent customer service and a great product that they stand behind.
