HerdezGuacamole Salsa, Medium, 32 oz. jug

I learned about this from an article on the best chef-recommended salsas and it did not disappoint. If you like the Herdez salsa verde, you should definitely try this. It’s a little bit creamy with a nice cilantro flavor and a low/medium heat that builds as you eat. Perfect with taquitos, flautas or just plain chips. The pice is great too.

This salsa is awesome. Zesty, a little background heat, but not too much. I have used this as a dip with chips and a topping for burritos and grilled chicken.

I really didn't think I was going to like this at all. But having seen others eat it and swear that it tasted wonderful, I gave it a try. It has just the right amount of heat and is not too hot or bland.

Great flavor less cilantro in this one very good!

I have bashed Herdez salsa before in a review as I had a pretty poor opinion of their medium chunky salsa. That being said, this guacamole salsa is quite good with a nice creamy texture and a pleasant kick of spice to it, even to the point of saying "wow that last bite had some good heat". The flavor is very interesting with not a lot of avocado flavor, but it is there. This salsa goes so well with so many different foods and even just eating with tortilla chips is good. I do think this salsa could be thicker as it flows like water almost and does not stay where you put it, but that is about the only slight I can give it. So, 4- and one-half stars really because the flavor is so tasty. I recommend this salsa and I will certainly be buying it again.

It's not bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to aquire as I do with the brand'straditional red salsas(super fantastic delicious for a bottled salsas!)With that being said; if I had to choose between this and a different brand of red, I'd go GREEN and get this!It's a great amount for the price and would be great for a party. It's great to include in a salsa bar, adding variety.

I got the medium, which I assumed indicated level of heat...this ended up being very pleasantly warm. The medium usually suits my wife in normal salsa but she couldn't take the spice of this salsamole. I on the other hand, loved it.

I was really shocked at how terrible this was. Would love to return it...
