Nature's Craft DIM FOR MEN is a great herbal supplement for men. I don't take a lot of herbal supplements, however this one actually works. Its unique ingredient is Diindolylmethane for men, and it benefits to help restore estrogen balance and increase testosterone for men while offering other men’s health benefits. You only have to take 1 pill a day, so the bottle will last you 4 months. It is a great value for your money. I highly recommend this product!

It took about two weeks before I really started taking notice of subtle changes in my daily routine. I am able to say for certain that DIM was responsible for the effects I’ve had. I have not changed any other things in my routine other than taking one pill a day. It’s been almost a month now. The two major results I can say DIM is responsible for are, increasing my daily energy level and much more importantly to me is how much it has reduced my stress levels. I find myself so much more calm and focused. Little things in my job that always have brought me great stress have seemed to have eased any major stress I had in the past. And for that this supplement to me is worth it’s weight in gold. I hope you all experience the same!

Been happy with product quality at fair price. No side effects.

Item is of high quality and works, almost a bit too well. I took it for seven days, one each day, and it created a more energetic feeling and an uplifting mood. For the first few nights sleep seemed better as well, though hard to tell. Then it got a bit too nervous, like drinking three cups of coffee. So, I will try lower dosages. Only noticeable side-effect was a loser stool. Would recommend with caution - it works as advertised.

Did the job

I got these as a trial without really knowing what it was supposed to do for me. Without any expectations, I don't think I had any placebo effect. At first I thought they bothered my stomach, but I took a break for about a week and then started up again and have been taking one daily since then without any further stomach issues. As someone in his mid-60's previously on TRT but not now, I think it has helped a little bit with slightly more energy but no jitters. I can't say for sure that it has improved prostate health over the past several weeks but it certainly hasn't hurt it. And it also may have improved things in the bedroom department somewhat. But all of this is rather subjective and I wouldn't say that I can definitely point to something that has had a marked improvement. What I am thinking will happen is that I will take these until they are gone for another month or so. Then I will see what happens when I stop them. If I feel that I lose ground in any area, I wouldn't hesitate to order them again to get back to where I am now in which case I will update this review. This may not be a glowing review, but I feel it is a fair and honest one.

If you are in TRT as a male, then you know the potential prostate, estrogen, etc. side effects that usually occur.
