I use this mask every night. I love not having to worry about chemicals, because it is organic cotton. It is very soft, but it is also sturdy and high quality. I bought two, so I wouldn’t have to worry if I lost one.

First, I really love that it's a non toxic product! It's also well made, seems very durable yet soft. However, I got the gray one because the reviews for the white one said it didn't block out light. I sleep with sound, but have to have a blacked out room to sleep. Even though there is an extra bit of fabric cushioning that sits on the bridge of your nose, (therefore it should block out all light)...it still let's in enough light to bother me and the gray one isn't dark (or maybe thick?) enough to block all light either. I'd guess it only blocks about 80% of light. Also, even though it fits me perfectly, it still feels like it's squeezing my eyes. I even tried wearing it loose, just tight enough to stay on. But when I wake up my eyes are very dry because the cotton was pressed firmly against them all night. I wanted this to work for me so much because there's a surprisingly short list of organic sleep wear out there for a decent price, but sadly I'll be sending this back. It could be better if it came in black (with organic dyes) and if the nose bridge cushioning was thick enough to block all light and get the mask off of the eyes enough so they can breathe.

This eye mask is a great find. I live in an apartment building in a semi-urban area and even with blinds down, the street lights, car lights and security lights are too strong to block out. I was using a head band over my eyes which fit well but it is a synthetic material and I end up taking it off because it is too hot. So this cotton mask is perfect (I purchased the melange) - have used it only a couple of nights so far, but it definitely is helping me get a better night's sleep. Very comfortable. Now I just have to work out a satisfactory way to block out the traffic and street noise! Update 10/19/2016: My review still stands with one caveat. The cotton band in the back stretches out after prolonged use and there is not enough Velcro on the attaching strip to keep it tight at this point. I have bought some Velcro to see if I can fix the problem, but my recommendation is that both Velcro strips should be equal in size.

What I love: *That this is organic cotton and I wash it once or twice before using to get the "manufacturing" smell off and it's ready to use. *I have only bought the grey and it blocks light really well. *The material is very soft. *I have two that I wash regularly until the velcro wears out and it starts to get holes. My last two were replaced at 10 months which is good considering I wear every night and wash both once a week. *They can be washed! I hate silk masks because they stink after a few wears and the smell gets worse with washing. These get clean with washing and smell fine. I could only wear silk masks for a week or two before I couldn't stand the smell, so these just make sense for me. What I'd love to see change: *The loop on the left side that holds the head strap is a bit large and sometimes it's uncomfortable when sleeping on my side. I'm a side sleeper so it can be an issue at times. *The head strap overall is big so if you end up on our back that too can be uncomfortable Overall- the pros far outweigh the cons for me so I can live with the things I'd like to see improved. It's a great buy if any of the things I love are important to you.

This is the softest sleep mask ever. I use it every night with a little Castor oil on eye area and I sleep through any kind of light invasion that tries to enter into my bedroom. Washes up like new, I would so recommend this sleep mask

This provided good coverage, but the band on the back was very thick and uncomfortable when I laid on my back

just what I wanted. love the way it feels on my eyes. does not restrict my eyes from moving. I don't get up with puffy eyes as with other masks. there is no smell or non organic synthetic fillers.

Great item, it's bright outside and my wife (who works shifts) us happily sleeping by my side.

I work nights so a sleep mask is essential for a good days sleep. The problem I have is finding one that doesn't leave black dye all over my pillowcases. This mask is perfect as it's made from natural cotton. It's comfortable to wear and I can pop it in the washer once a week, and as it's so well made it doesn't fall to pieces. The only downside is it doesn't completely block out all the light, but it's still good enough to ensure a good sleep.

Only used this sleep mask for about six months before it broke and now the returns window closed already. Was good while it lasted though. Liked the material. Shame it broke.

This is a good eye mask. First of all it's cotton made and it doesn't make you sweat or fell hot on your face. It doesn't have any elastic band so that you can change the fit with the strap.
