Works well!
Both work well, i think it’s not as sensitive as my original Wii remote but does the job!

Sync the new controller with your wii
Works well! Now if you’re having trouble connecting it, all you have to do is add batteries to the controller, press the red button where the Wii sd card is, and the red button that the controller has inside to sync the connection. Took me 5 minutes to figure this out!

Decent 3rd party controllers, but quality is different per batch
These are decent Wii controller replacements, but the quality is all over the place. Attached are my Wii controllers and nunchuks. #1 is Nintendo brand, #2 is this brand from late 2025, and #3 was an order from February 2026. 2 and 3 look and feel different, though come in the same Lyyes box. I bought 2 in February. #2 from a few months ago felt near identical to a Nintendo brand. Button responsiveness and clickiness, rumble/vibrate, and sensitivity. #3 the buttons are very sunken in to the point of being flush with the controller, the buttons feel a little too squishy and not clicky, and one of them has a very loose/loud rumble that doesn't feel right. #3 also has noticably different button colors (blue A) and very faint font. For my three Lyyes brands, I had no issues syncing with my Wii. A bit bummed, I literally went for this brand again since it seemed identical and they changed in the last few months. We'll see how well it last. EDIT #1: After using the Lyyes brand a bit more, I'll say that the pointer sensitivity is just a bit off. It jitters/stutters a bit in comparison to the smooth Nintendo brand cursor, and feels like it wants to go off-screen easier. There isn't any calibration tools for a Wii Remote so we're stuck with this behavior. The first Lyyes I got was about 8/10 in sensitivity matching the Wii, the second was much worse - I'd score it 5/10. It can be hard to select menu items it's so jittery.

Sensor doesn’t work - Nunchuck locks -
Sensor never worked. It barely can connect to wii. Other controllers are no issue and I’ve never had this problem on any wii/wii u sensor. Nunchuck will sometimes lock upwards and it feels cheap. I would stay away from this at all costs. The sensor on it is completely gone now I’ve just threw my money away for nothing.

Semi Works
My sensor bar barely picks up the remote making it difficult to play anything. Save yourself from frustration and get yourself a used original Wii remote.
