I’d like to start off by saying that the customer service from this company was wonderful. After I had a problem with my initial order, they were quick to answer my questions, and sent me a new set of sheets without delay. They’re easy to work with, so if you have problems, you don’t have to be concerned about that. They’ll take care of you.Now, about my purchase. I currently have three sheet sets from Cosy House: a purple set purchased in 2018, a burgundy set purchased in 2020, and this chocolate set that I bought recently. I also had a chocolate set that I purchased in 2019, but the fitted sheet got some holes in it, so I kept the pillow cases and got rid of those sheets. The other two sets of sheets are in great shape, and are very soft. Because I like those two sheet sets so much, I decided that I wanted to replace the chocolate set that I had before. I placed an order for these sheets, and for extra pillow cases, fully expecting that the color would match the previous set that I owned, and that they would be the same quality as the sheets that I use currently. As I’m sure you’ve guessed, this is not what happened.The initial sheet set and pillow cases were not brown, and didn’t even match each other. I contacted the company, and they sent replacements. Rather than return the original sheets, they suggested that I donate them. I was very happy with their handling of the situation. When I received the replacement, though, the color still wasn’t what I thought I had ordered. The tags on the packaging for the sheets clearly say “chocolate” for the color, but as you can see in the picture, this isn’t the case. The picture shows the replacement sheet set and pillow cases that were sent to me, with one of my old, chocolate color pillow cases draped over them for comparison. The new sheets are nowhere near being a chocolate brown. The color was not what I expected, but I didn’t want to deal with returning them or contacting customer service again, so I went ahead and washed them and put them on my bed.The biggest problem that I have with these new sheets is that the quality is not at all the same as the other sheet sets that I have from this company. They’re not soft, and they seem much thinner than my other sets. I don’t know how they’ll hold up to regular use. These sheets will either end up in the back of the closet for a long time, or donated to charity. I gave a three star review mostly because of the customer service that I received, and my past experience with their sheets. I also don’t want to discourage anyone from buying colors other than the chocolate brown, because I can’t say for sure that it isn’t just a problem with this particular color, since my first chocolate sheets purchased years ago didn’t last long, and as I mentioned, the other colors that I purchased are really good sheets.Again, the customer service was great. The sheets I bought in the past from this company are great. The new sheets are not.

I just love how soft these sheets are. They're the softest sheets I've ever had but also the first time I've invested in a good set of sheets. I never had an issue with sweating so I personally cannot speak to the cooling effect, however I also bought a set of these sheets for my best friend who has intense sweating in their sleep and he told me these sheets have been a life saver for him. I'm a big fan of these sheets. My friend has the green colored sheets and I got the teal ones. I love the colors, the teal is vibrant. The straps for the corners of the fitted sheet come in real handy, I love that feature.

I really like these sheets, mostly because how form fitting they are on my mattress. I use a mattress topper, and these sheets keep it in place VERY WELL. In terms of comfort, this ranks very high as well, but I have to admit that they don't really feel all that better than the Amazon Basics microfiber sheets, but are around double the price. Would I buy them again? Absolutely! But mostly because of how well they wrap around the mattress. That being said, I have purchased sheets that are more expensive than the Amazon Basics ones that I liked a lot less. These are very comfortable, and I am very happy with them!

I have never owned bamboo sheets. After looking at the price of others, I probably will never purchase any brands besides this one. After one night, I can say that they are soft. We are currently experiencing a heat wave, and I was not hot while sleeping.My only complaint is that these are bamboo and microfiber. They have a slightly sueded feel, and I would prefer a really smooth cotton. If you are used to an excellent quality cotton sheet, you may not like these. Then again, maybe you'll become a convert.These sheets really are no-frill. They fit my really thick, euro plush mattress, and the elastic does go all the way around. However, you will see no fancy piping and some of the hemming is very slightly puckered as if they were slightly stretched while sewing. This is not a big deal to me, because I only wanted a soft, cool set of sheets. If you want something "fancy" these would not be the sheets you would want.

We got these for our new bed. I hate scratchy or thin sheets. I was a bit skeptical at first because they felt kinda weird and weren’t nearly as soft as I was hoping. But after washing them, they felt amazing. Put them on the bed, and immediately our dog jumped on there and rolled all over the bed. She definitely approved.So far between the dog, baby spitting up, and leaking milk, these have not shown any stains. And have held up very well to being washed. Definitely worth the price!

I start the night needing sheets and blanket because I am cold and end the night kicking off the sheets and blanket because I'm too hot. I am so pleased with these sheets for keeping me cool all night long without becoming too hot, even beneath a blanket. My sleep and attitude are better for the purchase. They feel amazing and the colors are vibrant even after the first washing. Also, my bedroom swag is 100% improved because they look amazing. I recommend and will be buying more sets.

I like the softness of the sheets. I do not really think that they are as cooling as the advertisement says, however. I guess I was expecting more. Since our a/c doesn't reach the upper levels too well I was hoping for more of a cooling effect from these sheets; but I can't say I found it. I will keep them, however, as the extremely hot and humid weather won't last too much longer. Just a bit of a disappointment in that area.

The sheets do have a tendency to wrinkle and crease but it’s not enough to have a bad appearance. Keep you much cooler and they are just soft enough to be comfortable but maintain the crisp fresh sheets feel.

These sheets are so lovely and soft, but also warm! They are honestly the bestsheets I have ever bought from the softness and comfort perspective. They areextra large on my mattress, so very easy to make the bed and lots to tuck inso they stay tucked. I highly recommend these sheets and will buy them againmyself. Plus being all bamboo, I like the fact they don't have the toxins on themof regular sheets.

These sheets are super soft and washed/dried well. Very minimal wrinkles but I removed them from the dryer asap. My only dissatisfaction is that they are much lighter then pictured, still work with my decor, but would have preferred it darker like the photo. Would absolutely recommend for the quality tho.

The sheets were wrinkled when taken out of the dryer, but stretched smooth when putting them on the bed. The two fitted sheets were different colours... one was more green than the teal the rest of the sheets were. Not anything that I felt they needed to be returned for. Really like the fact that they have elastic straps at each end and they easily fit the depth of the mattress.Comfortable to sleep in and so far, after two washings, no pilling. Don't mind them at all for the price.

Sheets have helped stop me from waking up in a sweat. My old sheets were really comfortable with a high knot count but I would regularly wake up in a sweat.These sheets are more comfortable, much lower temperatures and better sleep
