Dell P2018H 20" LED-Backlit LCD Monitor, Black

This monitor is perfect for work. Quality purchase. It is a great size and I placed it just behind my laptop. I extended it to the max and sits on a book to elevate it just an extra inch higher. It sets perfectly above my laptop giving me dual monitors in a tight vertical space. It has HMDI and other ports and does the job. The screen is crisp too.

I’ve used the monitor for several months now, and it’s working very well; When ordered, it was shipped promptly and the monitor looked new without any signs of wear and tear.

I needed an additional monitor to add to my new photo-editing PC setup and decided on this older Dell monitor. I compared online reviews for several days before making the decision. Although this is not "full" HDTV (1600 x 900 resolution), I believed it would be adequate for the hobbyist level of photography editing that I do. I also wanted a monitor that would rotate into a portrait/vertical display position without having to purchase a VESA stand to accomplish this. I wanted a "smaller" monitor as well that would not extend excessively above my existing horizontal display AIO screen. The Dell P2018H (20") seemed to meet my requirements. Setting up the monitor was relatively easy. It was boxed/packaged extremely well & a number of cords were included for the various optional input connection choices except a HDMI cord, which was the input I had planned to use. But this was no problem as I had several extra cords on hand to remedy this. It may have taken me 30 minutes to be satisfied with roughly matching the color, contrast & brightness settings (controls are on the front lower right) for this monitor with the Dell AIO I connected this 2nd monitor to. There are slight visual differences since I was linking a lesser HDTV monitor to one with higher definition. I am generally satisfied with the monitor's performance except for one issue: poor viewing angle characteristics compared with my Dell AIO PC monitor; this was not mentioned in any of the reviews I had studied prior to making my decision, although I don't consider it a deal breaker for my needs. I have had numerous DELL computers (desktop & laptop) and monitors over the years and I have been very satisfied with all of them. This new monitor is no exception. I've only had it operating for a day but once again I am very satisfied AND I am very satisfied with the adjustable base that raises the monitor up and down and tilts and rotates. I would definitely buy it again.

Vivid display and easy to set up. Downside: The monitor comes with 3 cables-none of which fit the ports of my Dell laptop.

The monitor is very good.

This monitor has poor display quality. What's worse is amazon refuses to take it back - this is crappy policy on account of amazon compared to what they promise on TV advertisements where they say shop at peace.

It was very easy to put this in portrait mode, just rotate and done! Only thing I didn't realize was how short the height of the monitor was. If you don't plan on having this in portrait mode, then you might want to confirm that the dimension works for your use and space.

ピボット（画面回転）ができるので購入しました。 Wordの編集で１ページを見渡せるし、ページをまるごとスニッピングできるのでマニュアル作りには便利です。 それに上下の高さやチルトを簡単に変えられので、ＰＣを複数の人が使うような職場には向いていると思います。 側面と画面下にＵＳＢ3.0のポートが付いており、ＰＣ本体が離れていてもUSBメモリーの挿抜が楽です。 ピボットで使えるかどうかはＰＣのグラフィック機能に依存するため、購入する前に使用するＰＣの機能を調べた方がいいでしょう。 ケーブルはＶＧＡとＤＰの２種類ついてますが、購入時の入力はＶＧＡに設定されているため、ＤＰを使う時は設定変更が必要です。（画面右下のボタンを操作するだけです）
