Product was great.
Mobilty scooter, I give it a 5 star. It was everything that the description said. I love it.

Died after first use.
Bought it, after one use, the scooter starting making noise and wouldn't drive again. Tried to return to amazon and they sent me a USPS label to return. Thing weighs hundred of pounds. Had to work hard to get refund. But got a refund.

Love it!!
I love my new scooter. I have not had my own before, but this is great!! I just wish 2 things were different. The turning radius is quite large, just about need the “40 acre” field to turn around. The other is the throttle. For me it makes it difficult to keep at one speed (when there are not people in the way). I used it for the first time at our state fair. It was a godsend!
