I also dont have a removable foil cover. Anyone know why?** A: Not sure... mine give out a good whiff of the scent in my 30L touch lid bin. I prefer the pink fragrance. Mine do have a peel off foil for removing when inserting a new one in the holder. Any bad food smells really seemed to become very noticeable, even with the lid of the bin closed.When I installed the air freshener, I could definitely smell the fragrance as described.
