Switching Back to a Better Alternative
I was disappointed with Vicks Sinex and won’t be repurchasing it. I suffer from extremely dry nasal passages and rely heavily on products like this for relief. I chose this one based on the brand's reputation, but it fell short of expectations. The cost was higher than other high-quality brands I’ve used, yet the spray nozzle was overly thick and awkward to use, making the experience uncomfortable. Other brands have more user-friendly designs and provide the same, if not better, benefits at a lower cost. I’ll be returning to those instead to save money and avoid the hassle.

It's safe to use.
I have had such good results with just the Vicks that I hardly ever need the prescription FLONASE that I've used for years.
