I like every thing about this product. It is very comfortable, easy to place on the ankles. The additional strap ensures full contact of the gel pack around the ankle. Cools long enough for a 20 minute session. The back in the free mare for two hours and it’s ready again. I have used it with a thin sock or staring on the skin. Both work for me. No water, no ice, no dripping and no condensation. Perfect.

Bought 2, for both feet at the same time. It is great. I work on my feet all day and it's nice to come home and be able to ice the pain away. These are comfortable and easy.

I like this wrap as it has provided an easier way to ice my injured foot without the mess if baggie with ice and wet messes. However, it would've been nice to have the velcro strap attached to the wrap instead of being by itself. Also, would it have hurt to include an extra gel pak in there? All in all it's worth the money with a couple of drawbacks.

When told you will need to use an ice pack for several months on your ankle/Achilles you start to think about how to keep an ice pack on that area. In my search I found this ice pack with the adjustable Velcro. It is reusable and I just throw the ice pack back in the fridge after every use and each time place the ice in the holder and place it around my ankle area. It is great when sitting down but if I need to get up for any reason the ice pack stays right where it is needed. I have been using for a few months now and it would appear it will last for a long period of time.

I like the design of the ice pack holder, it works well on my foot. Velcro on it seems strong too. The ice pack though doesn’t stay cold very long, which is a bummer. I may see if I can find a different ice pack that’ll fit in the sleeve of the holder that stays cold longer.

This ice pack works really well. It is easy to apply and it stays on because it sits nicely on the back of my achilles and heel. I should have ordered a second ice pack.

Not quite what I had in mind for the top of my ankle but it works because it is flexible enough to wrap.
