The media could not be loaded.  Not difficult to assembly but a major pain and requires patience.Notes to manufacturer:1. I was forced to acquire additional washers for the caster assembly as the bolts proved to be excessively long, cruelly obstructing the rotation of the casters.2. The corner post of the wretched cart was an unwieldy torment for a lone soul such as myself. I implore you to incorporate the diabolical hook and tab mechanism used for drawer assembly, lest others suffer as I have.3. To my dismay, the drawer mounting detached from the accursed hook and tabs unbeknownst to me, forcing me to remove the final shelf in order for the drawer to shut properly. Enslave the drawer assembly with bolts to prevent such treacherous occurrences.4. Make it known in the instructions the exact sequence in which to tighten the bolts. It appears that only by tightening the front and rear bolts of the top shelf can the infernal drawer assembly be restrained, and thus the left and right bolts must follow suit.5. Warn in the instructions that the accursed push bar shares its mounting holes with the top shelf, a vile revelation that left me fumbling in despair.

This product will definitely get most of the job done. Buyer beware that this is rather thin metal and it does not feel like it will last a very long time. The locking mechanism on mine gets stuck. This is also not as roomy as I pictured, and wheeling it once full seems sketchy. For the price I am overall satisfied as I am saving a chunk of money, but if you’re looking for durability and long-term with better storage capability, get a Craftsman.

Get what you pay for.... drawer doesn't fit, almost a 1/4in gap between drawer slide and side rail. 2-stars because it still works as a 3 shelf cart. When I get around to it I'll drill out the drawer rivets and add washers to close the gap.

While the price point for this little tool cart is decent, the quality is far from it. To begin with, this was listed with prime shipping but took over three weeks just to ship. When it finally did arrive, we opened it to find the packs of bolts, washers, and nuts ripped open and strewn about the entire box, multiple different sizes all mixed together. The assembly instructions included are terrible with no parts list of any sort. As far as the tool cart itself, there were several places on the edges of the metal that had been bent out of shape and dented straight out of the box and some areas where the coating had chipped off. Once fully assembled, the drawer doesn’t operate smoothly or quietly, scraping along the entire bottom of the top tray. The drawer also doesn’t close enough to be able to lock it so the locking mechanism is a waste. Overall very disappointing purchase, but it will get the job done until we can get an actual quality tool cart.

Cart is decent but not great. Fairly sturdy and a good size for narrow work areas. Plenty of storage space. Drawer will come open moving it around if it’s unlocked.it should have had some kind of detent to prevent that. The bolts that hold the swivel casters on are to long and keep them from turning. Easy fix but shouldn’t be necessary.

Great little cart for medium jobs. Drawer is easily manipulated when locked, wouldn't store much of value in the locked drawer. Casters are two swivels and 2 static. Would be easier to move around if all casters were swivel. Assembly time was approximately an hour.

This product quality is not what I expected, too flimsy and the caster mountings are loose.
